Happy Tuesday everyone! This past Saturday we celebrated Olivia turning two. Wow, can you believe it? Maybe you can, but as Olivia’s mom I cannot believe she is TWO years old. It is sooooo cheesy to say, but so true; “the days are long, but the years are short”.
We celebrated Olivia with an intimate party filled with close family. This year I decided to go very simple with decorations and food. It was basically every 90s kid typical birthday party. I ordered Disney Frozen decorations from Amazon and the menu consisted of pizza, veggie tray, cake, and ice-cream. Easy-peasy! Hey! Olivia loved every second of it!
My sister-in-law, Tracy, is so talented and graciously volunteered to make Olivia an Elsa face cake. Needless to say, she out did herself. To hear Olivia squeal, “ELSA” when we showed her the cake made everyone smile from ear to ear. I have a feeling Tracy may be asked for years to come to make Olivia and Whitney their birthday cake. Let’s just call it a family tradition!
